The Application is designed as an offline vocabulary flashcard tool that allows users to create and review wellness-related terms, definitions, examples, tags, learning states, mastery information, and study progress.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require account registration. In the current version, the Service Provider does not collect, transmit, sell, or store personal information on external servers.
Information created by the user inside the Application, including flashcard terms, definitions, examples, tags, learning status, and study progress, is used to provide the Application’s learning and review functions and remains stored locally on the user’s device.
Health and Wellness Content
The Application contains general educational vocabulary related to wellness topics such as breathing, sleep, nutrition, mindset, and similar concepts. The Application is intended for educational and vocabulary-learning purposes only.
The Application does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or individualized medical recommendations. Information contained in user-created cards or examples should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information or approximate location information from the user’s device.
Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
Because the current version of the Application does not collect personal information on behalf of the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not share personal data with third parties.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or transfer user information to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other external parties through the current version of the Application.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain user-created flashcard or study data on external servers. Cards, definitions, examples, tags, learning states, mastery values, and related progress information are stored locally on the user’s device.
Because this information is not transmitted to or stored by the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not maintain a server-side copy of the user’s deck or study history.
Data Deletion
Users can remove individual cards through the controls available inside the Application.
Because the Service Provider does not maintain server-side user data, there is no remote account or server-side study profile for the Service Provider to delete. Users may remove locally stored Application data by clearing the Application’s storage in device settings or by uninstalling the Application. Depending on the operating system and device settings, this may permanently delete locally stored cards, tags, mastery information, streak information, and study progress.
Opt-Out Rights
Users may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on their mobile device or through the relevant mobile application marketplace.
Children
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children through the current version of the Application.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of mobile applications. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at lyudmilasheludko4211@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider takes privacy seriously. Because the current version of the Application does not transmit user-created flashcard content or study records to external servers, the Service Provider does not hold a remote copy of the user’s deck.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device and locally stored Application information.
